Vi ville f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra kaffebranschen i stort och sm\u00e5tt. Vi s\u00e5g att allt kaffe som s\u00e5ldes i Sverige var av l\u00e5g kvalitet, att b\u00f6nderna fick d\u00e5ligt betalt och att kaffet smakade d\u00e5ligt. Det har varit en l\u00e5ng resa sedan dess, och om vi tittar i backspegeln s\u00e5 inser vi att vi kommit en bit p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen mot v\u00e5rt m\u00e5l. Medvetenheten kring kaffe \u00e4r mycket h\u00f6gre idag och m\u00e5nga fler efterfr\u00e5gar bra kaffe. Men fortfarande finns v\u00e4ldigt mycket att g\u00f6ra.
