Min farfar, Tage, tog \u00f6ver bageriet \u00c5ngbagarn i Trelleborg 1921 och \u00f6verl\u00e4mnade det 1968 till sina s\u00f6ner att f\u00f6rvalta vidare. Med en uppv\u00e4xt utav tradition, kvalitet och kreation har jag sedan 2012 n\u00f6jet att driva AB Boalts Br\u00f6d. Min ambition \u00e4r att forts\u00e4tta i samma anda och utveckla f\u00f6retaget fram\u00e5t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boalts Br\u00f6d \u00e4r ett bageri p\u00e5 frammarsch. Vi satsar p\u00e5 kvalitet och produkts\u00e4kerhet, givetvis med svenska r\u00e5varor om det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt. Inga allergener f\u00f6rutom gluten i produktionen. Vi \u00e4r \u00e4ven BRC-certifierade. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samtidigt som vi \u00e4r ett mindre bageri jobbas det effektivt vilket g\u00f6r oss till Sveriges marknadsledande tillverkare av Sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sbottnar och Landg\u00e5ngsbr\u00f6d motsvarande 500.000 sm\u00f6rg\u00e5st\u00e5rtor om \u00e5ret med en stadigt v\u00e4xande efterfr\u00e5gan. Sm\u00f6rg\u00e5st\u00e5rtan \u00e4r en matr\u00e4tt utav tradition och har m\u00e4ttat m\u00e5nga magar under sina drygt 50 \u00e5r p\u00e5 menyn.
