Bolaget har Revenue Management som sin specialitet med st\u00f6rst fokus p\u00e5 restaurang, men \u00e4ven \u00f6vrig F&amp;B verksamhet, hotell och ekonomistyrning inom bes\u00f6ksn\u00e4ringen. Sedan 2011 \u00e4r bolaget ocks\u00e5 involverad i utvecklingen av Revenue Management inom golfen.<\/p>\n<p>Pingvinen anlitas f\u00f6r utbildningar samt h\u00e5ller f\u00f6redrag och seminarier i \u00e4mnet. Vi \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 flitigt engagerade i kortare och l\u00e4ngre konsultuppdrag. V\u00e5ra kunder \u00e4r s\u00e5v\u00e4l de stora internationella hotellkedjorna som de lokala kvarterskrogarna, men \u00e4ven restaurangskolorna, universiteten och olika leverant\u00f6rer.
