Paret Julien och Sarah Launois \u00e4ger huset som producerar vinet fr\u00e5n sin unga g\u00e5rd fr\u00e5n 2015. G\u00e5rden ligger i Le Mesnil-sur-Oger i s\u00f6dra delen av Champagne. Omr\u00e5det k\u00e4nt f\u00f6r sina fantastiska Chardonnay druvor, och det \u00e4r precis vad paret anv\u00e4nder i sin Grand Cru blanc de blanc. P\u00e5 den lilla g\u00e5rden producerar man cirka 20 fat varje \u00e5r som g\u00e5r till privata samlare. I \u00e5r s\u00e5 erbjuder man 10 av dom till allm\u00e4nheten via en auktion den 14 juni.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 vad kan man d\u00e5 f\u00e5 vara med och p\u00e5verka? Jo detaljer runt vilken finish eken skall ha, lagring, vinets tid p\u00e5 j\u00e4stf\u00e4llning samt dosage (hur mycket tillsatt socker man skall anv\u00e4nda). Under hela processen, som p\u00e5g\u00e5r mellan tre och tio \u00e5r, s\u00e5 har de lyckliga \u00e4garna till faten m\u00f6jlighet att bes\u00f6ka k\u00e4llaren f\u00f6r att ha koll p\u00e5 lagring, g\u00f6ra provningar eller helt enkelt ge n\u00e5gra inspirerande ord till sitt blivande vin.<\/p>\n<p>Auktionen deltar man i via telefon eller p\u00e5 plats och man kan r\u00e4kna med att l\u00e4gga ut minst 250,000 sek f\u00f6r ett fat med dagen valutakurs, eller cirka 1,150 sek per flaska.<\/p>\n<p>Ett klipp?
