Men s\u00e5 h\u00e4r en vecka innan de \u00f6versta 50 p\u00e5 listan tillk\u00e4nnages s\u00e5 kommer restaurangerna p\u00e5 plats 51\u2013100. Men i natt fick vi reda p\u00e5 en liten \u00f6verraskning. San Pellegrino fyller 120 \u00e5r och det vill man hylla genom att ha 120 restauranger med p\u00e5 \u00e5rets lista.<\/p>\n<p>Tillsammans med Acqua Panna s\u00e5 \u00e4r San Pellegrino huvudsponsorerna f\u00f6r 50 Best. 50 Best beskriver sina tv\u00e5 huvudsponsorer som de tv\u00e5 mineralvattens leverant\u00f6rerna ledande inom Fine Dining v\u00e4rlden \u00f6ver, och tillsammans s\u00e5 visar dom den italienska v\u00e4gen inom f\u00f6rtr\u00e4fflighet, njutning och v\u00e4lbefinnande.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 endast i \u00e5r 2019 kommer det allts\u00e5 finnas 120 restauranger representerade.<br \/>\nAv de restauranger som kan hittas p\u00e5 plats 51\u2013120 s\u00e5 \u00e4r 21 stycken fr\u00e5n 15 nya l\u00e4nder. Detta markerar en h\u00f6jning med n\u00e4stan 30% fr\u00e5n nya omr\u00e5den runt om i v\u00e4rlden.<br \/>\nOch fr\u00e5n plats 51 och upp\u00e5t finns restauranger fr\u00e5n 25 l\u00e4nder och 5 kontinenter. Det finns 6 stycken st\u00e4llen som har hittat tillbaka till listan efter fr\u00e5nvaro och Italien har lyckats f\u00e5 med 3 st\u00e4llen som \u00e4r med f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen. Den som lyckades b\u00e4st av dom var Uliassi i Senigallia. Och den mest imponerade kl\u00e4ttringen stod Nobelhart &amp; Schmutzig i Berlin, f\u00f6r som kl\u00e4ttrade 31 placeringar upp till 57:e plats t\u00e4tt f\u00f6ljd av Indian Accent, New Delhi som kl\u00e4ttrade 30 platser till nummer 60.<br \/>\nUSA leder i m\u00e4ngd med 7 stycken restauranger inklusive en nykomling. Men hack i h\u00e4l ligger Japan och Spanien med 6 restauranger var.<\/p>\n<p>50 Best understryker \u00e4ven det faktum att det finns en stark kvinnlig n\u00e4rvaro 2019 med bland annat Clare Smyth\u2019s Core p\u00e5 plats 66. Elena Arzak\u2019s Arzak i San Sebastian hamnar p\u00e5 plats 53, Pim Techamuanvivit\u2019s Nahm i Bangkok, Thailand plats 69, Helena Rizzo\u2019s Man\u00ed, S\u00e3o Paulo Brasilien p\u00e5 plats 73, Garima Arora\u2019s Gaa in Bangkok, Thailand plats 95, och Anne-Sophie Pic\u2019s i Valence, France p\u00e5 98 plats. \u00c4ven juryn \u00e4r numera mer j\u00e4mst\u00e4lld efter man introducerat \u201dgender-balanced voting Academy\u201d. \u00d6ver 500 kvinnliga kockar, experter, skribenter och kr\u00f6gare utg\u00f6r nu 50% av akademin som r\u00f6star fram resultatet.<\/p>\n<p>Med \u00e5rets \u00f6kade antal krogar har man \u00e4ven f\u00e5tt med nya intressanta regioner som Marche i Italien med ovan n\u00e4mnda Uliassi, Aponiente i s\u00f6dra Spanien fr\u00e5n omr\u00e5det El Puerto de Santa Maria, Alcalde fr\u00e5n Guadalajara i Mexico, Chambre S\u00e9par\u00e9e, fr\u00e5n Ghent i Belgien, och St. Hubertus fr\u00e5n Dolomiterna.
