Temat f\u00f6r n\u00e4sta event \u00e4r &#8220;Beyond Frontiers&#8221; och kommer utforska det universella i matlagning och hur mat korsar och suddar ut gr\u00e4nser f\u00f6r att skriva ny mathistoria.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Talar kommer bland annat vara Mauro Colagreco fr\u00e5n Mirazur i Menton, Frankrike som nyligen knep f\u00f6rsta platsen p\u00e5 den \u00e5tr\u00e5v\u00e4rde 50 Best-listan, Dan Barber, Yannick All\u00e9no, Manu Buffara, Alain Passard, Romain Meder och Bertrand Gr\u00e9baut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Efter diskussionerna kommer det h\u00e5llas en gastronomisk lunch d\u00e4r n\u00e5gra av de mest innovativa kockarna i v\u00e4rlden kommer designa r\u00e4tter som \u00e4r &#8220;Paris p\u00e5 en tallrik&#8221;.
