F\u00f6rra veckan kom utm\u00e4rkelserna till restaurangerna i Singapore. Som vanligt \u00e4r det restaurangerna som fick tre stj\u00e4rnor det pratas mest om, och i \u00e5r var det tv\u00e5 franska krogar som n\u00e5dde hela v\u00e4gen. Les Amis\u00a0och Odette. Detta \u00e4r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen under de fyra \u00e5r som guiden funnits i Singapore som tv\u00e5 restauranger tilldelats tv\u00e5 stj\u00e4rnor.<\/p>\n<p>Les Amis, som drivs av Chef S\u00e9bastien Lepinoy, \u00f6ppnade 1994 och kallar sig sj\u00e4lva f\u00f6r Singapores f\u00f6rsta fine dining restaurang. Michelin guiden kallade bland annat Les Amis vinlista f\u00f6r, <strong><em>\u201crightly considered one of the most dazzling in the Asian continent.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Odette, Singapores andra trestj\u00e4rna kombinerar franska tekniker med internationella smaker enligt guiden. K\u00f6ksm\u00e4stare Julien Royer, d\u00f6pte restaurangen efter sin mormor. B\u00e5de Les Amis och Odette fick tv\u00e5 stj\u00e4rnor 2018.\u00a0Michelin Guidens internationella direkt\u00f6r, som de kallar det, Gwendal Poullennec s\u00e4ger att med de tv\u00e5 nya tre-stj\u00e4rniga restaurangerna hittar Singapore en ny dimension hos mat\u00e4lskares \u00f6gon och palett. Men detta \u00e4r inte f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen som en trestj\u00e4rna funnits i Singapore. Jo\u00ebl Robuchon var f\u00f6rst men st\u00e4ngde 1 juni f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p>Men det handlar inte bara om trestj\u00e4rnor s\u00e5klart. Vid utdelningen var det hela fem restauranger som fick ta emot tv\u00e5 stj\u00e4rnor. Ibland dem var de tv\u00e5 som var helt nya. En av de tv\u00e5 var ingen mindre \u00e4n Zen av Bj\u00f6rn Frantz\u00e9n som allts\u00e5 g\u00f6r debut med bravur efter \u00f6ppningen i november f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<p>Och till sist kan vi \u00e4ven meddela att hela 37 krogar fick ta emot en stj\u00e4rna. Av dem fem stycken som anses som europeiska och tv\u00e5 med r\u00f6tter i Australien.\u00a0De italienska restaurangerna Bouna och Terra beskriver sig sj\u00e4lva som \u201djapansk matkultur fr\u00e5n ett italienskt k\u00f6k\u201d, de b\u00e5da gick fr\u00e5n Michelins \u201dplate distinction\u201d fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret till en stj\u00e4rna i \u00e5r.
