Det blir \u00f6ppet k\u00f6k, stor balkong med utsikt samt chambre separ\u00e9e under ledning av ingen mindre \u00e4n stj\u00e4rnkocken Andreas Printz.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det har tagit fyra l\u00e5nga \u00e5r att renovera \u00d6stermalmshallen, eller &#8220;hallen&#8221; som de flesta lokalbor kallar en av Stockholms finaste saluhallar. Under tiden har den helt nya restaurangen Feira v\u00e4xt fram h\u00f6gst upp i byggnaden med fantastisk utsikt \u00f6ver salutorget.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Inspirationen till\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.feira.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Feira<\/a>\u00a0kommer fr\u00e4mst fr\u00e5n den vilda klippkusten i Galicien och dess salta skaldjursrestauranger, s\u00e4ger Olivia Secher som \u00e4r marknadschef f\u00f6r restaurangen. Interi\u00f6ren best\u00e5r av naturmaterial som avspeglar regionen och vinlistan lyfter fram flera sm\u00e5skaliga producenter. Med Feira vill vi skapa ett helt nytt komplement till \u00d6stermalmshallens befintliga krogutbud.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6ksm\u00e4staren Andreas Printz har gedigen meritlista fr\u00e5n b\u00e5de New York och Stockholm p\u00e5 bland annat Sturehof och Aquavit. Han har dessutom varit lagkapten f\u00f6r Stockholm Culinary Team vid flera framg\u00e5ngar med flera VM- och OS-guld i bagaget.<\/p>\n<p>Melanders Group har funnits i \u00d6stermalms Saluhallen sedan den \u00f6ppnade 1988 och startades av br\u00f6derna Nils och Erik Molinder.
