Roux gick bort ig\u00e5r kv\u00e4ll i sitt hem i Bray, Berkshire efter att ha k\u00e4mpat l\u00e4nge mot idiopatisk lungfibros, rapporterar the Caterer.<\/p>\n<p>Michel Roux var mannen bakom The Waterside Inn i Bray och Le Gavroche i London. Roux har ansetts som den mest inflytelserika franska kock och kr\u00f6gare som agerat i England.
