Flera restauranger har f\u00e5tt varningar men trots det inte \u00e5tg\u00e4rdat problemen med tr\u00e4ngsel.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r tvingas de nu att st\u00e4nga ner helt, beslutet g\u00e4ller omg\u00e5ende och tillsvidare.<\/p>\n<p>De ber\u00f6rda restaurangerna \u00e4r, Carmen, Charles Dickens, The Central Bar p\u00e5 Folkungagatan, International Bar och Raw Sushi &amp; Bowl.
