Nu flyttas Smaka Good Food Festival till 10-13 september och l\u00e4gger till allt fr\u00e5n digitala upplevelser till take away. Evenemanget har under de senaste \u00e5ren fokuserat allt mer p\u00e5 hur vi kan \u00e4ta god mat p\u00e5 ett h\u00e4lsosamt och h\u00e5llbart s\u00e4tt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den popul\u00e4ra matfestivalen som tidigare hette &#8220;Smaka p\u00e5 Stockholm&#8221; har sedan starten 1992 varit en av gastronomisommarens h\u00f6jdpunkter. Vanligtvis brukar festivalen h\u00e5llas under nationaldagshelgen och bes\u00f6ks av 350 000 personer varje \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flyttas fram till september<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 grund av corona flyttas nu festivalen till 11-13 september f\u00f6r att kunna genomf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vi ska skapa en ny fantastisk matfestival i september utifr\u00e5n de f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar som finns. Att st\u00e4lla in helt i en tid d\u00e5 restaurangbranschen beh\u00f6ver all uppm\u00e4rksamhet och st\u00f6d som den kan f\u00e5, finns inte p\u00e5 kartan. Vi planerar nu f\u00f6r exempelvis fler digitala upplevelser samt take away. Till v\u00e5r hj\u00e4lp har vi flera av landets fr\u00e4msta kockar och restauranger, s\u00e4ger Anders Sewerin som \u00e4r grundare av\u00a0Smaka Good Food Festival.<\/p>\n<p>I \u00e5r flyttar den internationella konferensen Sweden Foodtech Big Meet in mitt i Smaka Good Food Festival f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra den tillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r fler. Konferensen handlar om hur techsektorn kan f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra framtidens mat och kommer att kunna f\u00f6ljas b\u00e5de p\u00e5 plats och online.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/smakagoodfoodfestival.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Smaka Good Food Festival<\/a>\u00a0som \u00e4r gratis att bes\u00f6ka samlar flera av landets fr\u00e4msta kockar, restauranger, food trucks och mathantverkare.
